Hello - There is a tree located on this street that is severely overgrown and touching the residential building now. Tree likely needs to be cut back or removed due to large roots that will end up hindering the sidewalk and foundation of the building. I have photos if required.

In the process of renewing my lease, there was a form included with my signature, that prevents a tenant from filing or joining a lawsuit. When Itold management I wanted my name removed from the form, they stated if I don't include the form, I won't be able to renew my lease. What are my rights?
