While recovering from surgery, there was a ceiling leakdiscovered. Whenthe repairs began,black mold wasdiscovered. I'm not able to live in myunit due to the mold problems, haverespiratory issues and the landlord just wants to paint over the mold. I have the results of a moldtest and I do notwant to continueliving there. Stayingwith a friend at themoment, and I needto know my rights.

There is a construction site on the corner of 1st Ave N and Roy Street that is causing noise outside of the noise ordinance. Today, Sunday, they started using jackhammers and other loud machinery at 7am when I don't believe they're allowed to until 9 am on weekends. There are a lot of apartments and people living in close proximity to this so I am sure this is disrupting a lot of residents.
