The apartment management is trying to paint over water damage and keeps claiming to have resolved the issue but our unit continues to flood. We are unable to use major plumbing and even close our bathroom door, forcing the 2 household members to sleep in the living room. Water is still seeping into the apartment and buckling the floor boards. We are afraid of mold and their solution is to just put fans in and paint the baseboards.
