PER CSB: Ellamae Betts is reporting issues regarding her living situation at her apartments on 800 E Denny Way. She is reporting another tenant who is using drugs and smoking and management who is not acting to enforce the rules. Ellamae disclosed she is disabled and uses a rollator. She has made several police reports for this and other noisy, disruptive behavior from this tenant.
