On the first day of my lease (8/25/26), I received my keys and upon inspection of the bathroom found that there was severe mold growth, water damage, the ceiling was soft and caving in at certain spots, and there was one specific spot where there was active mushroom, spore growth. There was also an exposed, uncovered, and unbonded electrical wire left in the unit (living room baseboard area). A glass window in the unit is cracked and broken.

Per Online; Constant loud high pitched humming noise. It is very loud. I can hear it inside my apartment, even with windows closed. With windows open for fresh air, it is much worse. This has been going on for a couple of weeks.I walked around the neighboring streets and it seems to be coming from either:-one the UW Medical buildings on Republican between 8th Ave N and 9th Ave. N or:-one of the buildings along the alley between Harrison St. and Republican,
