Charged a cleaning fee "stating" that it was a mandatory fee they charged everyone but it was not per signed lease. Unit was cleaned throughout prior to move out. Have multiple photos that can be provided in future correspondence.

The "Do not enter" sign, "Stop" sign, and "One-way" sign at the South-west and South-east corner of this intersection have been heavily vandalized with spray paint. This impacts the signs significantly, which is a safety concern. How can drivers appropriately read the signs if they are significantly altered? Thank you for your attention to this matter.
