I am a tenat at 800 nw 62nd ST Seattle, WA, 98107 unit 804 1/2. There is visible mold in and behind kitchen cupboards, bedroom and bathroom doorframes, and window frames. I first notified my landlord on October 5th, and they failed to respond within the required 24hrs as outlined in RCW 59.18.070. We recieved a response at 3pm on October 9th, but no inspection or remediation has taken place. I disagree with the estimated severity of the mold and would like a third party inspection.
