HOUSING-per online--The 4th floor fire alarm / sprinkler system has been ripped out of the wall and hanging across the hallway for over a week now. I have contacted the property manager and they said they could do nothing about it. Now the fire alarm goes off at random times (this time at 4:45 AM)

PER ONLINE: There are many potentially dangerous code violations ongoing at Val Anne Apts, but one in particular scared me the most (and instigated this complaint). Primarily, construction crews are demolishing the roof, and throwing trash (large and small pieces of wood) off the roof onto the sidewalk below, without blocking off the sidewalk at all. Last Thursday (July 26), this was so bad that the construction crew across the street (at Bayview Retirement Community) started
