We have been dealing with a severe mold issueand an infestation for months. Managements response to mold is to lend a dehumidifier, place traps and spray for the ants. We have asked to move to a different unit, to no avail. We have a new baby and want out of the lease, have our deposit refunded so we can find a safe place to live.

The property (Donovan Apartments, 800 S Donovan St) maintains a bank of dumpsters along the alley between S Donovan and S Cloverdale St. The area around the dumpsters is consistently littered with garbage and dumped items (i.e., furniture, appliances, rubble and debris). The parking areas associated with the property is also consistently littered with trash.
