Per Online; Cornell and Associates charged me $75 in cleaning fees in my move out report despite the fact that the apartment was extremely clean and was cleaner than the condition when I moved into the apartment. I am happy to submit photo documentation to prove this. I have called Adam at Cornell and Associates twice and he has not returned my calls. In addition, I was charged $195 in fees to replace blinds.
