This unit is operating as an illegal duplex. There is a basement that that was added in 2021 I can see through an electrical permit listing this as a single family home, the home also has no paperwork for an ADU. This combined with the fact it isnt registered with the RRIO which I will be reporting separately

This house is a rental with two units, upstairs and downstairs. The upstairs has been vacant since last August. I noticed today a suspicious person wearing a hoodie and ball cap entering the upstairs unit - no tools, not a worker. It seems possible that squatters may be poised to move in, and I want to alert the property management company. CONSTRUCTION--per online--New concrete block fence on the property seems too tall and encroaches on sidewalk. It doesn't appear to have a permit in the construction, which is required for fence structures that are 6-feet plus. The pillars appear to be 7-feet tall.
