My apartment complex wrapped my (and three other units') windows in heavy duty plastic wrap from the outside. I (and my neighbors) do not have central air conditioning and the windows are the only source of ventilation. They wrapped them on Friday evening or early Saturday morning (I noticed it at 8 AM on Saturday), and they have not taken them down. There's no way to take the plastic wrap down from the inside without breaking the window screen. I tried to cut a small hole for some air. I email
