The back bedroom flooded in December from rain seeping through a crack in the roof or exterior wall. Management covered the area outside the building to prevent more water from getting in, but hasn't done any repairs to the unit, now telling the tenant they won't be able to get at it until the end of February or early March. The bedroom wall is still wet and soft to the touch, now there is mold growing, and the carpet and pad haven't been replaced.
