Drug addicts have broken into a tool closet under the building and have been living there for at least a month. They get into loud fights nearly every night. They started a fire and also defecate and urinate and leave hypodermic needles. I have reported this multiple times to the management company and nothing has been done. They've said it's the tenants responsibility. This is unsafe, a noise violation and a biohazard

per online complaint: For over a year, there has been a futon and mattress that have been left outside by the buildings dumpster. They have been leaned up against the neighboring properties fences and the mattress is becoming rotten which is making me concerned for the fences structural integrity.
