Landlord is asking tenant to move to another unit supposedly due to a fly infestation. Landlord asked tenant to be out of unit by 7/9/2026. Tenant responded that he could not so soon. Tenant knows that landlord wants to move someone else into his unit. Wants to be compensated for the inconvenience and for landlord not going about this issue the right way.

I believe there is severe mold and some other gelatinous substance all over my apartment. I've been itching and having respiratory issues recently. I've reported to management but they are not willing to investigate. I've been sleeping in my car because of the itching and breathing problems. What are my rights?
