Broken glass balcony door. The apartment tower 801 has just tried to fix my door with a single screw two different times..they both did not work and my door is out of the metal and a huge gap where bugs and cold air come in. The contractor they use can not replace this door as they do not have the certificationa necessary. I am afraid my door will fall out onto the ground onto someone on the sidewalk and kill them. I live on the 17th floor. My apartment won't replace my door as it is expensive
