My neighbor's exterior lights, which are either always on or turn on automatically when it gets dark, illuminate off of their property and onto the public right of way, my private property, and other private properties, in violation of SMC 23.44.008.H, which states, "Exterior lighting shall be shielded and directed away from residentially zoned lots. They are in violation of 23.45.534 - Light and glare standards A.Exterior lighting shall be shielded and directed away from adjacent properties. I tried to attach photos, which seemed to be successful (they are 100kb jpegs), but they just disappeared after being there. I would be happy to email them since the system seems to not be working for me.
