There is a wasps nest on this property on the Columbia Ave side (corner of 21st Ave and Columbia) that is near the sidewalk. My daughter and I have been stung several times walking down Columbia over the past several month. The owner is aware of the nest because they put up a tiny sign saying, "wasps" which has since deteriorated in the rain.
