There are two tents and two persons trespassing on an active construction site. Drug use had been witnessed in the form of injection and ingestion of substances. There also appears to have been exchange of drugs between persons on the lot and others that stop by the lot. The persons are verbally abusive to passers by. They void on the lot. They litter on the lot. There is also a vehicle that has been towed into the lot that has no license plates.PHOTO LINK:http://servicerequest.seattle.
