Per 6/22/10 online complaint: "This Co. has recently purchased this house, the last 3-weeks they have been doing the following: inside demolition, plumbing/sewer and or foundation work with backhoe and there are no permits on file. There is a sani-can that has been placed in the front yard whre it creates an attractive nuisance."***remodeling the interior & performing side sewer or foundation work w/o a permit***
