Renting for about 9/12 mos of lease. Found a house and went under contract with. Spoke with landlord prior to making offer on house. Went over what would happened if lease was broke. Was told of 1200 fee and they would be responsible for last 3 months, still chose to break lease. Now tenant has found out landlord will not be renting out. Would like to discuss tenant rights and rent responsibilities
