Per Online; Violation of Just Cause Protection, illegal subleasing and unsafe/unhealthy rental housing. My month-to-month lease was terminated on 1/17/21 with no reason given, only two days after I confronted the head tenant about my suspicion that I was on an illegal sublease. His retaliation is illegal and he provided no cause for my move-out.
