Our lease began 2/1/2020 and the property was not filed with RRIO until 5/3/2020 and it wasn't approved until 6/29/2020 (150 days total) despite being asked and reminded to register multiple times during this period. This is an issue because the house was not suitable for occupancy at the start of tenancy and the personal inspection done by the landlord to apply for registration was full of falsehoods.
