I need my apartment inspected. I believe there's a gas leak, everytime the oven turns on, it smells like gas. There is no ventilation in the kitchen, so when the oven is on, it feels hard to breath. The windows are not secure, there is air coming in from the outside through all the of the windows except for three, the apartment can not hold heat and will not ventilate during the summer. I am in desperate need of assistance in the form of a legal and official inspection of my apartment.
