1) rear egress door is not to code- patio French doors that were installed with the hinges on the outside, and therefore, also is missing the trim that guards the lock from being picked. The door also has flush bolts that are missing strike plates, so the doors are not tight and could easily be broken open.2) improper ventilation on the second floor. I don't think the second floor is insulated, either. It was very hot up there all of the time, even on cold days. Very uncomfortable living co
