Per Online; This is a unit in a townhome complex. It appears someone is building an angular roof structure over the deck portion of the unit's flat roof. The work looks unprofessional. I checked Seattle SDCI portal and no building permits have been issued that I could find, so I assume this is unpermitted work. Being that it's up high above the street and shared driveway, this new structure could be a safety hazard in strong winds.
