Per Online; Actively leaking bedroom window where the top of the window meets the horizontal top of the frame/building. Lots of water comes in and overflows down onto the heater and the carpet below. I have now put a bucket underneath to catch the water. Submitted written request for maintenance Oct 26 via Property Management app -- only way to request maintenance and contact them. Response was that a Technician will directly contact me to schedule service. No contact

PER ONLINE COMPLAINT: My place has been flooded twice once from the outside sewer and once within side the Building. I have been having symptoms of molds and have actually destroyed some molds in the bathroom and closet. Also a bubble has appeared for several years on my ceiling from rain leaking inside the walls.

per caller: Floor leakage and uninsulated wall in the unit. Since last Friday, 2/19, the leak increased. The tenant is not able to use the heater because the source of leak is undetermined. The landlord is reluctant to address the issue.
