Junk (Inoperable) Car & Vehicle Rule. Junk vehicle stored in front yard. All four tires are flat and car has not moved in many many months. Based on code 23.84A.020 - "J" Inoperable vehicles stored on private property are considered junk storage under the Seattle Municipal Code (SMC) and ordinance requires that they store junk vehicles inside a building or remove them from the property.

**SPANISH INTERPRETER NEEDED** Leak in the unit that is causing a severe mold problem. Tenant cannot sleep in her bedroom and her children have asthma. There is a terrible cockroach infestation also and the landlord said she is to deal with it.
