Loud bass music coming from apartment  next door for hours, can be heard in hallway and in neighboring apartments at all hours of they day. The noise is also causing walls, hanging pictures, and items on desk to shake in my apartment. Have tried to contact the apartment resident by knocking on door and they do not answer door, although they can be heard discussing the knocking inside.
