Tenants boyfriend is the manager and both of them have gone to the property owner about a raw sewage leak that has been escalating for the pst 4 to 6 weeks(really stinks)ceiling crumbled in. Nothing is being done.

Substandard living conditions. Carpet has not been replaced in 15 years, porch door and shed in on the side of building built illegally, cockroach and ant infestation & lighting issue.
