9/14/16 DP Received a follow up complaint the morning of the 14th. Inspected site with GK and found Denizen construction excavating the concrete that was just broken up by a jackhammer before 8am. I spoke with Omar Andersen and let him know they will be sent a citation for impact work outside of the allowable hours.Omar stated they have always started at 7am and were under SDOT's contract. per online complaint: Construction noise from new housing units (including jackhammer) regularly starts before 8:00am, occasionally before 7:00. Happens regularly on weekends.***Attempted to call complainant to confirm address. Complainant provided 300 Valley St as the address in online complaint; however, permitted work that matches the description is occurring at 812 3rd Ave***

Per online: A new multi family building is being built next to my 6 unit Building. They do not work within the accepted time frame for loud work. They starting at 7 am no matter weekend or weekday. In addition there are a number of birds that live in the trees surround my building and they get scared off.
