A box has been installed on toilet to reserve water in tenant's unit and other units in building. This limits the # of times a person can flush. Tenant has to pour water in to actually make it flush.

Viewed different unit than one she moved into. After moving in, she noticed unit was uninhabitable and needed a deep clean. She has requested to move out, and landlord is willing to terminate lease.
