Per online: substandard rental housing conditions: non working plumbing, pipe leaks, hot water heater w/slow drip- no explanation tank, non working/dangerous electrical fixtures (i.e.:sparks when light bulb is in fixture), rotting/unstable stairs to entryway, building not to code, repeated noise complaints.
