Online - Greetings. We moved into Apartment B on April 1st, 2017. We have been unable to receive mail at this unit since that time because of a substandard mail unit that is not in compliance with USPS codes. We have filed several maintenance requests but has not been addressed by our property management. None of the residents in this apt building can receive mail because of substandard mailboxes

June has rented part of the house for 10 years (her daughter lives in the front unit) She doesn't have a regular lock on her door, she has to padalock herself in in order to "lock" the door. She has no permanant source of heat, no smoke detectors, the oven door doesn't close, mold inside and outside.
