Inspection shows outdoor junk storage such as but not limited to black bags of garbage, window no the south side of the house, plywood, furniture and other miscellaneous items.

Per online complaint: The occupants of the house are using the front yard as a dumping ground. There are two junk mufflers in the front yard which are an eyesore as well as being a source of contamination. I have contacted the owner twice over three months about the problem, but it remains unresolved.
