This apartment complex has failed to provider us with a handicap parking spot. My daughter who lives in the apartment has a permanent handicap parking permit. The handicap spots are being used by non permitted vehicles. We have requested this multiple times and the request has not been fulfilled.

We rented an apartment at the Theo in July of 2022. At that time the utilities were included at a flat rate per person. 10/1 we were notified as of 11/1 utilities would be metered and we would be responsible for the charges. We were informed that some utilities - water/septic would be billed to us by Theo and other utilities electric would be billed to us by seattle city light. Despite multiple communications with the management team. We have not received a single utility bill. We are concern
