Notice of Violation

Opened December 16, 2011 · Updated January 10, 2013

Per written complaint, "Experiencing headaches, dizziness, nausea, etc and believe it to be from either chemicals stored near our apartment or mold which we have. Apartment flooded and symptoms have gotten worse. I called and scheduled an inpsection but cancelled it as a show of good faith from my landlord (see service request #38599). We had an Environmental Specialist come out and there is a problem w/ the air quality." NOTE: See attached research.
