The current tenants (renters) of this house are throwing enormous parties every weekend -- incredibly LOUD until 3am, large crowds (80+) standing in the street, frequent fistfights, yelling, dudes snorting cocaine on the porch, people vomiting in the sideyard, engines revving. I live a couple houses away and this is the worst its been in 15 years. I've never complained before. But the current situation, with the current renters, is very bad.
