I am reporting a systemic, long-term violation of SMC Chapter 7.25 by my landlord (The Foundation Group LLC) and their billing agent (Minol). Minol has admitted over the phone to a software cross-wiring error pulling my neighbor's usage unit #404- onto my bill. Furthermore, the landlord's infrastructure is defective: the cold water line for the laundry was plumbed downstream of the hot water sub-meter, forcing cold cycles to register as hot water. Shelf in refrigerator was broken when she moved in, she asked to have it replaced via letter over 10 days ago--still not fixed. Wants inspector, feels she does not have full use of this appliance. Warned her that we may not send inspector out for this issue--not pleased about that possibliity--told her someone from our office would contact her no matter what.
