Tenant asked to sign a 6 month lease with plans to move out in November. Property management urged her to sign a year lease and terminate when she was ready to leave. Tenant gave notice in October. Was informed she is responsible for paying rent until new tenant moves in. States they waited over a month before posting rental and are not making any reasonable effort to lease home. Would like assistance with tenant rights
