FOUR LEAKS IN THE LIVINGROOM CEILING AND LANDLORD TAKES CARE OF THE PROBLEM BY PUTTING TARPS ON TOP OF THE ROOF. THERE WAS AN ACCUMULATION OF WATER ON TOP OF THE CEILING AND LOTS OF SOFT AND WET SPOTS. LANDLORD REMOVED THE WET PIECES AND REPLACED IT WITH PLYWOOD.
