Hello,I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding how my lease transfer request from Unit 407 to Unit 401 was handled this past weekend.On Friday evening, I initiated the lease transfer process and had an active lease transfer application for Unit 401. I am a resident at 820 Lenora and there is jackhammering going on at 1 am somewhere outside nearby. I am not sure of the exact location but it's so loud that I cannot sleep.
