tenant rights - We chose to move out 3-weeks before our lease was up to protect our health and safety. This resulted in us having to pay 1 months rent and utilities at 820 NE 120th St, as well as 1 months rent and a security deposit at our new residence in the month of February, totalling $8,013 in expenses for the month as a result of the situation Poplar/Evernest's negligence has put us in.
