PER CSB: Construction violations - exposed foundations after construction work on adjacent property as well as retainer wall demo and reconstruction that is leaving large gaps. Additionally no protections placed for gas line that had to be replaced when they broke it.

Construction is routinely putting materials on adjacent property. This includes multiple piles a few feet high on grass, as well as leaning materials directly against the adjacent house. They have also obstructed the street multiple times with parked vehicles, trailers, and equipment.
