- faulty heating system currently only using space heater, wall where electric heaters have been installed heats up space extremely fast & wall gets hot - electrical safety hazard- roof leak causing water to come inside kitchen ceiling bubbling up, mold concerns landlord aware reported 2/17/26 had contractor out to access damage told roof not installed correctly not enough slant majority of it needs to be replaced landlord indicated is not fixing due to it being less than 2 yrs ol
