Increased rent without 180 days notice, and never received any certified mail that they claim was sent to me but never offered me proof.Changed insurance policy amount without 180 notice, and also written on my offer letter that came after their email which they claim supersedes the offer letter.Pro-rated my old lease with my new lease on the month of renewal. Rule states that they are not allowed to do this anymore and have to charge the old lease amount on the month of renewal.
