I live at 8220 Interlake Ave N. My neighbor to the south at 8216 Interlake Ave N is feeding raccoons, rats, and crows. We are not interested in creating a dispute, but we've witnessed two raccoons now living in the neighbor's back yard and several (approx. 10) rats in their back yard. We are able to view much of the neighboring yard from our kitchen window, and we frequently see raccoons and rats as they are scurrying about.
