DADU in rear yard exceeds allowed height limits. Maximum height (and height shown plans) is 13 feet above existing and finished grade for the "short" side of the structure. As constructed height is in excess of 13 feet. Original grade for the site is below alley.Permit 6285281. Jim will you confirm height per approved plans?

Per online complaint "Fence on south side of property appears to violate code. Trellis feature above fence does not provide the required 6 inches of open space throughout length, and the 3rd fence post from West exceeds 8 foot height. Also concerned over construction and stability of fence on west side."
