POTA--per phone call--caller is subletting home, owner is out of state. She acts as the landlord and has made sure the unit is registered and kept up. One person who subleases has psychotic breaks and is jeopardizing the safety of the other tenants. He has a police record and is on a variety of meds. She was told the police won't do much unless he is threatening someone with a weapon. He is a danger to other tenants. What are her rights?
