Apartment has had German cockroach infestation for last 4 months. Landlords are not responsive, issue is ongoing. Landlords are trying to lease apartment without solving issue. Please assist with tenant rights.

Per 5/8/08 online complaint (rec'd 5/12/08 by VAS): "Wood support structure installed surrounding crumbling concrete second floor walkway/deck. I have seen no permit posted and no notice was provided to tenants that the construction would be taking place."***Work w/o permit on 2nd floor exterior walkway/deck***
